Netflix Throttling Instant Video Streaming Performance for PC-Viewers | The “Break it Down” Blog.
Well, I can’t entirely relate to this issue from streaming from a computer, but I will contest that I do get several buffering screens while streaming to the Xbox 360!
I believe Netflix needs to do some tweaking to their services to make it more robust, smoother, and functional. Just my 2 cents…
