Being that I’m new to Ocala I quickly learned there wasn’t much to do around here. Well a few weeks back I ran across a gaming cafe, and much to my surprise it is pretty nicely set-up. As anyone that is familiar with playing games, Xbox, Playstation 2 or Gamecube, all know it is a memorable experience. Well, this was a first for me hitting the gaming cafe and needless to say, sitting around other gamers in an environment, such as this, is 100 times the fun factor. The atmosphere their was welcoming as well as having fellow gamers to chit-chat with and talk to.

The place has a decor which is typical for any gamer to appreciate as well; game posters, easy and colorful lighting, comfy office chairs… the works. All worth the visit and experiment. The place is even socked with a plethora of snacks and junk food to keep those sugars in the blood pumping for longer hours and intense gaming sessions. The owner, Carlos, is a very descent person. Very accommodating and sincerely nice. The patrons in the store were all nice and welcoming as well.

The cafe is built and designed with fun in mind… there are 12 Xbox’s all networked and XBL equipped, several custom built gaming PC’s, Gamecube, DDR set-up on a huge projection TV and computers for standard ‘net access.

Overall my short stay here was extremely pleasant and well worth the experience. For anyone in the Ocala area looking for some simple yet exciting fun as well as some good company you should seriously give this place a go round.
