I think by letting loose of Halo 2 which for some reason has given me an enormous boost in relief was a very good thing. In return I’ve replaced it with all time favorites such as;

• Ghost Recon 2
• Ghost Recon 2: Summit Strike
• Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory

In return for accomplishing the extreme feat of turning cheek to Halo 2, I’ve been rewarded with some very intense and memorable game time. Now that is what I game for… FUN! Not the blood gurgling competition that so many games have adapted. Don’t get me wrong… I like competition; is that not the whole purpose of some good online gaming?

Well some games, to me, seem to revolve around stats and ranking… I do not appreciate the stress involved in that. Trust me… my blood level has reached all time highs with Halo 2. Now for some reason the realistic and fun game-play in the listed games I choose to play (listed above) has paid off ten fold! Thank goodness for diversity and variety.

This is just horrifying! My sincerest wishes and hope goes out to the residents here and the surrounding areas. I live in Florida and know the devastating after-math of such storms.

I seriously need to get the hell out of my mom’s house… she is so miserable and nasty that it is truly unbearable. I know it’s my mom, the woman that gave birth to me, but she is just nasty mean. I’ve tried so desperately to “deal” with it, but now is the time to get going.

My plan is simple: suffer without fun things and just save to get an apartment elsewhere with my sweetie. No more DVDs, video games or other toys. Just saving. What pisses me off is to having no choice of being here right now. Of course my mom has no money cause she is a leech off others, to even loan me the money to get out. Maybe I should get a loan? Though not like I need even more debt…

Life is a Bitch… sometimes.

Well seems that this hurricane will be doing a lot more damage to the states… I sincerely send out my well-being for where this storm lands.

Well last night my girl was super tired so I packed up the Xbox and headed over to her house. Of course she wanted to game on in Jade Empire being that we were so close to the end… and the story was so gripping and thrilling. I do hope Bioware is considering the sequel for Xbox360!

Well first when I got to her house we decided to go grab some food over at Wendy’s. It is such a big mistake to get fast food near closing hours. They are tired… lazy and plain just don’t care about your order. Well they screwed up my burger and I went back up to the drive thru-window and the lady at first was shaking her head “No” and lipping “We are closed…” I smiled and showed her my burger and receipt; her facial expression looked pissed…

Well as for the movie in last night’s plan got a little scratched off of track. Which is ok by me, we both have a great interest in gaming… and what better than to do it together in an excellent game such as Jade Empire?

So we are progress through and loving the story immensely! The story in this game has to be appreciated 100%, the twist was a true shocker and it actually leaves you wanting to play it deeper and deeper to get to the end. I really enjoy games such as this. The best part is I’m usually sucked into online Live gaming, so when I can actually appreciate an offline story Adventure/RPG, that just shows you what a remarkable job done by the developers!

Sometimes it’s the very small occurrences in our lives that are taken for granted; memories that are the key to our happiness. Tonight I wanted to do something special with my girl… movie theater… nah too public. Restaurant… nah not personal enough. I thought and thought… I know she has been wanting her own Xbox but with me currently on medical leave from work just can’t afford it.

So what to do?

Simple.

I bought a couple of movies from Wal-Mart, her favorite ice-cream - Edy’s Double Fudge Brownie and a kick ass dinner cooked by me :)

Good old traditions don’t die; they only strengthen the soul and love.

Had a Dr.’s appointment today for a check up on my hand and to see if I could hopefully go back to work. Nope. I really hate sitting at home doing nothing. I’d rather much be at work, making money, so that I can buy things.

Hopefully this damn hand will heal soon…

The site is officially up and running! I’m really proud of the overall look and re-design I put into it. It took me longer than I have wanted due to work and my injury, but it is finally done and out there.

Well being that I’m home-stuck I have to find activities to entertain me. Movies, games, TV, etc…
So Friday night me and my girl watched Constantine; this isn’t a remarkable screening, but it was very interesting and worth while to see.
Last night we watched The Forgotten; this here is what I appreciate in a movie! Good suspense… nice story and no fake horror crap.

I just had to have one… from using a single button mouse forever, though I never felt limited or felt compelled to get a multi-button mouse.

I just had to have it for a couple of key reasons:

• Apple Brand
• Elegance
• Quality
• Perfect OS Integration

So far the mouse has proved to be well worth my investment and it most definitely kicks arse!

Well… I guess it was only a matter of time. Though certainly not planned or expected so soon. I work with a fairly large piece of machinery, and my job is physically taxing. Occasionally I have to climb up onto the machine to correct bottle mess ups. Well I climbed up and fixed the bottles like any other time; now when you go to jump down which is about a 4 1/2 foot drop, which isn’t too bad, you have to be careful.

Diagnosis: Fractured hand and pinched nerve… pain for sure :(
Thank goodness for modern pharmaceuticals that can very easily take away pain!

Boo-Hoo… they got my blog down for a couple of days… darn script kiddies. Now back up and running; also upgraded Word-Press to 1.5.2. All seems to be well.

Apple has always, in one way or another, made strides over the computer industry in innovation. This is another one of those golden times. Reading about the new mouse has me thrilled; it being on the way to my very house for my personal use is driving me crazy!
