Well I think I’ve seen it all now… I really have. I ran across this user online that claimed this was all done solely because the Xbox wouldn’t play Madden and kept freezing. So my question now is… did this fix it?

I’ve griped about a simple feature or bug(?) that has irked me for a while now. Well I’m not sure if it was corrected with iTunes 5 or the new update 5.01, but the bug is gone and iTunes it WORKS PROPERLY!
Before you would click “Burn Disc” in the top right and iTunes would eject the CD tray and ask for blank media. Then once inserted it would “Check the Media”… ok fine. THen though it used to, after it Checked the Media, ask you to “re“-click the “Burn Disc” icon… 2 steps? Why?

Good old Big Brother at it with just another way to invade our very own privacy… will it ever stop? Seriously this is ridiculous and absurd; we as Americans deserve a piece of mind and cloaking from the government at some point in time. I truly agree that the NSA needs technology to track and secure our nation but in this way it leaves everyone open for a breach in privacy.
Well as anyone that stays on top of news and the drama of the ritzy life all know how miss Paris Hilton got her cell phone hacked.

First I was recommended a movie from good friend. Mark. told me I must watch The Notebook with my girl… after researching it I said sure why not. I found a copy on eBay and ordered it. We watched it last night and I must say that was a great story. I actually just got chills while writing thinking about it! For anyone that hasn’t seen it; appreciate a real love story and go watch it or rent it!
After that movie we got a wild hair to go to the movies to see Transporter 2, unfortunately we missed all the times… so we substituted it for Just Like Heaven. Now I seen the preview and though it looked hysterical I wasn’t to keen on going to see it. I will say the that in the beginning it was sappy and stale comedy at that. Seemed like everything in the preview was being played and not worth while. Though the movie did gain momentum and had a great twist of love and its’ power. This too recommend going to see.
All in all we watched two “chic flicks” and enjoyed them both. Plus it was great time spent with my sweetheart!
I will be sharing three wonderful surprises that have happened real soon with everyone so keep a look out…

Just got home from dropping the girl off at work and decided to work on my bike. Tightened all fairing bolts and the loose bolt for the rear wing. Removed the broken under fairing, will get replaced real soon; though you can’t really tell it was there…
Then I washed it with some Rain X Wash & Wax. Talk about some good stuff! My bike is like super sexy whoa!

Well if anyone has been keeping up with the situation I had received a ticket back here, well it didn’t really work in my favor. Though a very precious lesson was learnt for me today. The law system and judicial system are completely full of shit.
In my previous post I wrote:: if I had realized me doing wrong, I would’ve rightfully owned up and just paid the ticket. In this particular incident I felt harassment was in tow. Well the judge seemed to have had sense… yeah right. He swore me in and the hearing began… First the officer/sheriff state their side, because “they have a burden of proof to show to the court”. After he stated the incident it was then my chance to explain my side. I agreed with every word of the sheriff except for a few key facts!
After I stated my side the judge asked straight out, so did I have them on when I was riding the cycle? I stated yes. He then asked where is my proof?! I asked if the officers video surveillance tape could be brought forth. He replied, “I won’t waste my law men’s nor this court’s time for such a small fracture.” Some system… so in short I took in that the officer’s proof was the ticket and by that I was instantly guilty. The lucky part, I guess, is that I wasn’t fined any further fees for court. Overall I’ll be paying our, law system, $77.50. All for nothing… so this is my way of ranting and officially saying, “Suck Me Law!”

Been so tied up with trying to find side work until the damn medical center clears me back into work. Whatever I can get my hands on to work on has been very sparse if next to nil. Also been researching and reading a lot on SEO and Google AdSense. Actually implemented AdSense into my business site - Mac DynamiX. Hopefully it’ll drive higher traffic as well as some revenue from ads. Wishful thinking huh?
Though I’ve been designing and programming for about 4 years now, I would expect to have some grasp on money making methods in place. The net is a booming industry for a lot of money to be raked in. What am I missing on? Where is my train at?
Experience? Skills? Help me!!!!!
If these stories are of absolute truth then what the hell has our country gone to? With such a tragic event of the hurricane these survivors deserve this inhumanity treatment?
This truly disgusts me. I hope something is seriously done about this and it is handle with a stiff reprimand soon.
You know when you do try your hardest to be all you can? Then unfortunately it just isn’t enough for someone? Well I had that bout, it seems today. I swear I try… yet to some it doesn’t get through as my all. I mean or do things that aren’t my intentions; my words get strung around to dictate something I don’t intend. Sometimes I wish I was perfect and could fix all the pain, hurt and torment. I’m not. I can’t. I can only do what I can at its’ best and hopefully be appreciated for it.
