Super Sore
Me, my sweetheart, her sister and her mom have been walking for an hour every other day for health reasons. Well the other day while my sweetie sweetie didn’t have her tennis shoes here at my house she devised another exercise plan for us to do.
- 100 Jumping Jacks
- 50 Push-Ups
- 50 Sit-Ups
- 50 Roll-Overs
Then from the first sets, we dropped the reps down 10, so what we did after that was 40 Jumping Jacks, 40 Push-Ups and so on. Talk about being sore and out of shape. I know I’m not weak totally but when you haven’t worked out in the past 8 months and kept toned it’ll put a whooping on your ass. Let me just put this into perspective… try being so sore that your legs are feeling like marshmallows and want to just melt away from underneath your bodies weight. Better yet… arms and chest sore that it is like having the load of a Mack truck putting pressure on you! Yes, this here is my current status. Though I know it’s getting better and my muscles are strengthening back up.
Operation: Healthy Body, is a GO!
Above all though I’m really enjoying it. It has given us more energy and feel good.
