Some pretty nifty ideas for mapping data. I especially liked the “Where is Tim” mapping; that would be really cool if company’s or shipping trucks implemented such things? Maybe a way to literally track a package on a ruck of exact location… endless mapping ideas!
When it’s getting chilly out I just love to hunker down in the warmth of my home and put down some Cream of Wheat. That stuff is just so damn good!

Well… finally opened up the game (COD2) and I’m partially happy and partially let down. The single player is immaculant from what I can tell so far; intense gunfire, action everywhere, screen candy and effects to make you momma blush! Though my gaming style has adapted, I now lean more towards online gaming much more than single player aspects. Only a select few games have been able to hold my attention long enough for good gaming offline - Kameo, Jade Empire, Zelda and Mario titles are some.
Gotta love it just gotta!

I was very lucky enough to have purchased the console on a midnight release after waiting 12 hours in line. I’m extremely fortunate to be one of the few owners out there.

My sweetheart, Erin, bought one for me! Yes that is love there fellow males out there. She knew it was something I wanted and figured her baby needed the best! I am so grateful to be one of the few out there to own this kick ass machine!

I ordered two books of Amazon about a week ago and they came in yesterday!
Drawing on the RIght Side of the Brain and Adobe Photoshop CS2 One-on-One are the two I ordered. The drawing book was referred to me from an online news group that seemed to of gotten great reviews, the CS2 book was just need to help broaden my knowledge in the Photoshop world of graphics.
I enjoy reading and learning so these two should be a treat!
Once in a odd bluish/gray/greenish moon you get to run into a great new graphic plug-in that really amazes you! Well, recently I was turned on to a company called AKVIS and they seem to make some very interesting plug-ins for graphic editing and manipulation; Chameleon which instantly caught my eye had to be played with NOW!

Well a buddy of mine has been humping (Not literally…) and breaking his back to whip up his new project of a gaming site. GameMentors.com which will be focused on gamers and not the advertising and bull-crap associated with other similar sites. Plus it will be FREE! How can ill they compete? They won’t be able to…. period.
Not very exciting today so far… just reading and learning about Adobe CS2 and re-working on the custom graphics for my sweethearts scrapbook page. Also in the mix of readying my application for final submission in to Art Institute; the essay is coming along well, still need to do a revision.
That’s all folks… for now.
Well yesterday my sweetheart went into CFCC to re-enroll into her courses while I started on my application for the AIOnline classes I am wanting to take badly. I’m currently writing up my admission essay; and it is the key part that bases my enrollment or not. I swear if I get rejected I’m going to kill my self… (No not really!).
Those were the last words to me from my baby? Odd, or just plain nasty? Something is definitely not right here, huh? I really am lost for an explanation this time; though I believe I just might have a faint clue on what is going on.
What a wonderful weekend it was! It had been planned out for at least a month in advance; Halloween Horror Nights we were going to. Also we added in the cherry topping so to speak of seeing Saw II before we headed down to Orlando on Sunday. Unfortunately me and my sweetheart got into a small tasty quarrel the night we were supposed to go see Saw II; though it didn’t ruin the night completely, we just wouldn’t allow it!

Had some stuff I had to take care of… first I swung by the Court House to pay the schmucks there $80.00 fine for the ticket I was issued for not having eye-wear on a couple months back. The nI hit good old Wally World for a black visor on my helmet (Looks Sexy Now!) and finally ended up surprising my baby at work. She was almost off her lunch break so we just went over to Baskin Robbins and got some ice cream.
Got home took my clean cloths off the line and folded them. Called Art Institute back… I’m so close to enrolling. I need to get up the funds to get some hardware I’m going to need for schooling: color printer, scanner and a wacom tablet. Basic computer equipment really. I’ve narrowed down that I’m going to be taking the Web Design Diploma my first year then follow up with either the Digital Design Diploma or straight into the Interactive Media AS, I’ll have a year to decide. I’m super happy about this whole school thing. This is great really.
See… people will realize were quality is and make the switch to an Operating System (Apple OS X) that provides ease of use and stability unlike any other in the market!

I think finally it is my time to excel and proceed with furthering my education. I want to be more and do more in life… not these endless jobs worth nothing. Well, I contacted Art Institute to gladly be told that their online courses support the Macintosh platform.
I talked with the admissions advisor, Jeff, for about an hour on several thoughts and concerns. I’m excited. Seriously. My passion has been to get into graphic design and become so much more. It just might be that time coming!
Nice… at least there is a fun, non-harming, tripping method out there. Not to mention legal.
