Cable Turned Off

Well this sucks… since May 05′ I’ve had cable and RoadRunner service. Today a Brighthouse field technician knocks on my door to let me know it was connected illegally! I asked him if he was accusing me, and he had no response. I then told him how that’s how it was connected since day one; that the sub-contracted installation guy hooked it up. I instantly got on the phone with customer support and asked for an explanation… it pretty much boiled down to having to place an order for cable and now it will take two days to get a tech out to install it.

Joy… have to find something more creative than have the tube on now.
