I’ve gotten it to work; seems “Saving” the desired widgets in the widgets configurations works wonders!

All I ask is that you either call back when you state you will giving me a ETA on when the issues may be corrected. I’ve missed some correspondence from the down time which was very crucial to some of the matters I am dwelling in.

So, now I’m fighting with trying to get my backed up Tiger HDD on an external FireWire drive cloned back to my internal HDD! Fun times indeed.

***UPDATE*** removed drive from FireWire enclosure and set it up internally; copy to main drive went smooth besides one file which encountered a I/O error. In the end I’m satisfied with the final results!

Now, just need to replace my FireWire enclosure. Leaning towards NAS, any good recomendations?

I believe I know what I want, but in my life right now it seems a road block, hazard, or obstacle has blinded my path. Just so many objectives I wish to accomplish and they seem to get ever so distant as days melt by. I have such deep intentions and want to be successful, but why must it be so hard? No help to be found! Have I lost my drive and insight… do I continue? Where are my answers damn it.

What is most puzzling is that if my gamer-tag, XboxDruggie, was out of accordance this entire time why is it only now, years after registering that it is banned? Especially without any warning or even course of action within a timed manner. Just cut me off from the service I’ve paid for upfront.

I “tried” to purchase my very first new car from them… what a joke. I am so lost and without any direction on how to pursue this issue! I was once in belief that IF a contract was signed by two parties that it binds and sticks to a mutual agreement. Obviously I was very wrong! In short… I put a down-payment of 7k on a new ’06 Kia Optima for it to be yanked from my possession after owning it for two months! Not before though, being threatened from a finance manager, ridiculed from other personnel, and avoided and lied to along the way. Is that what customer service is coming to?

I’ve slightly attempted to get legal advice, but I need to get these contracts scanned and emailed out. I do believe I could bring a litigation against this dealership for treating this manner in such a way as well as breaking my contract!

I really hate this stress and worry it is bringing to my life. Why is life so difficult sometimes; especially for the ones that are busting their asses to achieve a respectable status in life’s twisted tides!

I will triumph above this ordeal, for I have over-come other very hard times previously. So, for all you scoundrel pieces of poo corporations you can go bankrupt for all I care and lose every asset you may “think” you possess!

They could care less about anything. I honestly tried to explain that I felt he made a mistakenly while using his “severely accurate” radar gun (his words). That had he been just above the hill I was coming over where the douche bag zoomed around me and cut me off he would have clearly seen how his radar gun was calibrating the guys car in front of mine! Nope. Instead I’m greeted with I shouldn’t have been so “ignorant and racing on ‘his’ streets!” Wow, just wow. So now cops have the ultimate right to degrade and harass civilians?

I know… just know Murphy’s Law is so true! Go figure.

I shopped there last night to pick up a few groceries after work; simply one would assume, right? WRONG! After purchasing around $50 in food and other misc. items I went home; well I was too tired to balance out my bank account so I figured I’d do it this morning… I log into my bank account, Wachovia, I see a Wal-Mart charge for $16.94 from last night as well as the $50 dollar one. I was like ummm….

So I print out a copy of my bank statement and head over to Wal-Mart this morning to square this away, or so I had very wrongly assumed. After speaking with a standard store associate, manager, and the accountant of Wal-Mart I was roughly told, “the transaction isn’t in the system, and we can’t do anything about it”! Are you joking…. seriously, I mean if I was trying to swindle big bad Wal-Mart wouldn’t it be more wise to claim the $16.94 purchase and deny the $50? They said there “wasn’t enough proof and needed to show a receipt”; I calmly asked if they wanted a receipt for a transaction that I didn’t DO!?

So, I will be there tomorrow, during regular ‘business hours’ to try to resolve this whole ordeal once again…. fucking douche bags!

I was assisting my manager on setting up a new kiosk in the store, having to move the weight seriously hurt my wrist. I sincerely hope this situation gets resolved quickly; I’m hoping surgery has a good chance of helping me. Though, I am extremely terrified at this point because of my medical conditions that complicate the surgery. I have a meeting at the end of the month followed directly by a new doctor, again, for an initial visit and screening. I hope the new doctor can be a little more optimistic about the situation, because every previous doctor I’ve spoken with wasn’t.

So, here I am, without sleep again, and in search of finding a method to tame my sleeping patterns and behaviors. Naps perhaps?

I suppose that if life wasn’t filled with these obstacles that it would be bland and dull. Peace and happiness shouldn’t be too difficult to seize, especially for all of us that try to apply ourselves with our full potential.

I’m just immensely stressed right now…. VERY MUCH! Life just sucks for me, period. Will I bounce back up this time?

Fios is only very limited and where these communication companies need to sincerely focus, bite the bullet, and start phasing into this real next generation broadband. Get with the new times and demand you corrupted greedy corporate devils.

Being granted the pleasure of briefly play with an upcoming project that is absurdly mind-blowing is under the radar so watch out! I’m not quite sure how much is wanting to be announced in this early stage. but as the sky is blue (on good days) I believe this project will explode once fully released and build extremely quickly!

New doctor appointment lurking real soon around the corner; it’s going to be with the a new doctor I believe that will be performing the surgery soon I hope. I’m terrified of this whole ordeal, but shoot it’s been over a year and still no sign of relief, so obviously surgery seems to be the real next logical step to take.

Soon, hopefully, their will be some very pleasing news for Erin in regards to her motorcycle. We’re aren’t getting our hopes up yet so we’ll wait and see how it all pans out.

Woot! This sucks…

I thought I had found my refugee that was already on the line, but I pushed it and though I don’t blame them, I’m lost once again. This probably sounds like gibberish to most people, okay more like 98% that might read this. Only a few know what is going… THIS SUCKS DAMMIT!

Life just sucks…

Most importantly I’d like to shout-out to the net’ world that after sweating many a nights over the keyboard battling Microsoft’s PowerPoint that my sweet love Erin has conquered it all! She received an “A” on her oral presentation on Leonard Bernstein!!!! This was superiorly inspirational; we both spent plenty of time arguing and debating on the structure, data, and methods for the presentation. Well it paid off greatly.

Me and my love have also been to the movies twice so far this month; which is great because it is really special spending such time together. We first seen Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. This movie was great sequeal to the first that followed closely to it’s roots and gave a twist to the already great plot. I especially liked a lot of the references used from the first movie that just added a good seamlessness to it. The second movie Lady in the Water was more appreciative in my opinion. No it might not do or ever compare to the box-hit Pirates of the Caribbean, but it’s original and unique! It seemed like a fairy-tale but so much more believable. All in all both these movies were worth the watch and time; Pirates being a beautiful follow up to a great movie and something freshly new Lady in the Water was engrossing and gripping.

Next up… school is coming! Yes it is. I’m so nervous though I shouldn’t be; it’s just that it has been forever since I’ve sat in a learning environment, plus I believe I’ve adapted a very short attention span unless it’s of utmost interest to me. It’ll be fine though, just have to get the first week behind me and I’ll be adjusted for some new learning experiences.

As for my injury status: I previously wrote about the issues that Iwas encountering with transportation and their own scehdule they were running. Well on the 27th I went to my appointment and the doctor simply recommended that the surgery takes place at the Universities Medical Facilities. now I can’t tell if that’s a good thing, bad thing, or just something to take as a sign? This whle ordeal worries me greatly and really is taking a toll on my nerves. Though I somehow to manage Marley’s famous words, “cause every little thing… is gonna be alright“, right? What irks me the most is that this whole ordeal has put a thorn in my side about 15 inches deep dammit. I have numerous of mind boggling questions: What will I be able to work? Why isn’t their a guarantee of fixing my hand? Do I really have to suffer this much?

How could someone with such a respectable title as a psychologist have the most blinded ignorance and lack of sight to claim such things without even a glimpse of what the movie and music entertainment industry provide tot he violence! Get real you leeching pricks; only jumping on the buzz of bashing video games is a has-been fad. Do something more productive with yourselves and provide more useful information and data.

This seriously blows my mind as to how so many want to make more regulating laws and procedures for games, yet they don’t ever consider other forms of entertainment and their contributions to the problem at hand. Wait a second I have an idea… maybe we need to stop blaming these entertainment industries and blaming ourselves… I mean we ARE the ones creating the content right?

Now to fill my FFXI void enters, not like it’s a new joy, Halo 2. This game just makes for some serious fun or down-right hateful games. It unarguably the best Live interface to date with simple methods for getting a full game established. Though this simplistic method is yet so very intricate and filled with an enormous arsenal of custom creation games along with the Bungie managed game types.

I’m just not quite sure what keeps me so hooked though… I mean I was so very lucky to have a loving sweetheart that bought me my Xbox 360 on midnight launch yet I play a what 2-3 year old game in it mainly? Isn’t that absurdly gay?

We had enjoyed completing Kameo and there just hasn’t been any games released for the 360 that we feel we’d enjoy. Soon I hope. Maybe I should just finish up G.R.A.W. or Full Auto, both are great, I just can’t find the drive to stick with them…

Pretty well sealed up rules and policies into maybe saving a couple of bucks for some grub… that would be nice, while starving myself to try and budget school, rent, bills, and all other necessary things.

Life is good.

Ok so the time from 7am to the dreaded 11am swiftly blew right on by. At around 11:30am I give Zone Care Transportation a ring to confirm that a driver would be at my place at 11:45am so that we could positively make my 1:30pm appointment in Palatka; which from my apartment is roughly about an hour and a half to get there. With a brief hold the dispatcher, I assume that’s what she was, gets my driver on the phone to say, “I’m on the way now,” How incorrect could that be from the truth, I was yet to discover; 12:15pm rolls around and still no show. By now. at 12:30pm, if they arrived I’d be late for my appointment due to the travel time to the doctor’s office. 12:40pm…. knock-knock… doorbell. Wow, an hour late. I ask the driver if the appointment should just be re-scheduled because we weren’t making a 1:30pm appointment with an hour and a half drive and it was already 12:40pm; just wouldn’t happen captain. The driver’s supervisor advises the driver to “try and make it still”; I simply say… that’s just not a possibility and I will call in to re-schedule.

Aggravation along with my fried nerves now…

I immediately go inside to call my lawyer to express my frustration and aggravation. The paralegal is out to lunch that handles my case. I leave a descriptive voice-mail with the gist of the scenario: they were late by an hour, plan and precise. That message was left at 12:43pm. I get to talk to her at around 1:30pm after she had returned from her lunch, I was able to easily get her on the line to discuss what had happened. It is now, my paralegal flattens me with what was said, that I somehow very cleverly hold my composure and don’t blow open my mouth with obscenities galore. She tells me that Zone Care Transportation people notified the insurance company and the case worker that they arrived at my place at 11:40am and I stated I would just re-schedule!! My mind spontaneously thought “You’ve got to be fucking kidding me!” I mean these dip-shits first have the audacity to arrive an hour late to pick me up then were ballsy enough to claim they were here at 11:40am and I refused! Funny thing was I had my girl and my roommate here that both know that they weren’t here. So after explaining the truth to my lawyer they now were agitated. She instructed me to call Zone Care and get the drivers name and and the supervisor that handle this situation. So I did and after I got the very same supervisor that had said “try and make it still”; well needless to say I asked the first most obvious question: “What time was it when your driver called you to ask what to do for the appointment. and what time was logged as his arrival?” He said 12:30pm. Amazing how that got translated to the insurance company as 11:40am… I then requested that he promptly call the insurance company to correct the misunderstanding.

Now I my mind was picking the whole ordeal apart piece by piece. I called my lawyer back to verify my claim as to when they arrived and the supervisor admitted to the hour lateness as well. Then I ran across one simple fact that even further proved my honesty: I called my lawyer at precisely 12:43pm and left the message that they had just then showed up. While coincidently within a 5 minute interval from 12:40pm, an hour after my schedule pick-up, Zone Care notified the insurance company. Why would they wait a whole hour to report it? Furthermore, after analyzing deeper I realized the Zone Care’s policy of canceling and scheduling: you must call 48 hours prior to the cancellation of a pick-up to avoid a penalty fee that the insurance companies won’t cover.

What does this all amount up to? You ask…
Well they now realized that they screwed themselves from being an hour late. So not only did they probably alter and disturb other schedules, but also were going to suffer monetary loss. If they advised the insurance company which wouldn’t cover the penalty fee, it would be sent to me. Which by then would be too late to dispute. I caught it from the get go and rectified their asses smoothly!

I Win!

Well it all began over at Annual Credit Report, that walked me through obtaining my 3 reports from the big boys. Digital blasphemy and an eye-sore from hell was put up onto the flickering monitor. How could a computer be this cruel to show its’ master his fate in the credit world? I wanted to weep like a 3 week old baby with cold feet; this hurt and it was going to take some dedication to rectify this garbage! Instead of getting in too deep I vaguely compared the 3 reports; I instinctually took the worse and broke down what was damaging to me and was in need of an instant reprieve! I first initiated my dispute online but for the greatness of the sophisticated technical ‘perfect’ world we live in, I was returned with a web site internal error with the processing. Lovely I said, “45 minutes of explaining my disputes” gone to a distant internet black hole of data refuge. This was going to be fun…

Instead of even daring with a second dispute online of not knowing a successful outcome I opted to jump on the much reliable tele-phono. Yea a joke within itself of today’s cluster mucked up-side-your-head automated crap systems. Seemingly the wait to actually get a real live personnel on the line wasn’t to painful of a wait. Roughly 30 minutes on the phone re-capping my horror error with my online failed dispute. The gentleman, nonchalantly gives apologies (they paying you for that?), took all the information then and there after some brief identity tests to verify I was me… or was it me or I? Yea…

So… now I wait. Yep I just wait to see what Mr. Corporate Head Honcho Joe decides to do? Is this standards for the Fair Credit Act? Waiting for a month long investigation — I truly find it humorous that when it comes to these big corps taking your assets from accounts it’s instantly executed; yet in the regards that you request a refund or in this manner want a bad claim removed it takes a month… just wow, really.

Hopefully this whole ordeal will be solved with just this one dispute… isn’t that some wishful thinking?

Skype to the RESCUE!
Yes indeed, as I lean more towards technical wonders and solutions for easy everyday tasks I’ve jumped upon the Skype wagon for good free outgoing calling. What a remarkable service; free, intuitive, simple, quality. What is there to complain about? Nothing.

Unfortunately though Skype’s freebie run isn’t lasting forever… (darn the corporate greedy bastards)
I’m hoping to save up to get a respectable cell phone, one of today’s necessities, plan with the best options, minute usage, and sleek tech features. Just sucks though because then there is another bill to maintain.

Save the Internet – Fighting for Internet Freedom

I fear this surgery for a few personal reasons that haunt my thoughts since the day of the accident… this has been no fun experience whatsoever.

Well the doctor took a step into a first alternative from surgery: a Cortizone injection shot in my wrist! Wow… He said give it about 3 weeks to see if it can release the pressure off my nerves in my wrist.

This shot was horrible! Instant burning and fire sensation as if my hand was in an open flame, then complete numbness of my hand, not a single feeling for about 4 hours. Now it’s just a waiting game to see if this helps my issue.
